The Challenge
The primary form of communication at Coldwell Banker-Hubbell BriarWood (CBHB) is done through e-mail. CBHB staff and agents needed to have access to their e-mail at all times. Their legacy e-mail system was unpredictable and only accessible on office desktops, limiting the availability for communication between agents and their clients. The Solution
We placed CBHB on a customized hosting.Reliance service plan with Hosted Exchange. Their plan allows for their agents and office staff to have access to their e-mail anytime, anywhere and on any device through the our Partner Login site. Each of the agents’ previous e-mail boxes were redirected to one single e-mail box, removing the possibility for lost or overlooked e-mails. The agents and staff no longer have to access multiple e-mail platforms to maintain communication with their clients. They are able to send image attachments without a concern about e-mail storage. Through a unified e-mail platform, backed by the security of our own data center, CBHB is able to excel in their client communications and continue to be Greater Lansing’s largest and most successful Real Estate Company.
